Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, the type of help you want, and the message you write.
• Booking and agreement pages: your name, email, phone number, service address, whether the visit is residential or business, business name and your title (business visits), your typed signature, the date and time you accepted our terms, and your IP address and device information recorded with that acceptance. If you arrived through one of our links, the campaign source (for example, angi or google) may be saved with your booking record.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the payment amount, status, and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
• Text and call information: if you text or call our business line, we receive your phone number and the content of your message.
• Technical data: we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how visitors find and use this site: the pages you view, the link or search that brought you here (including campaign tags in our links), your approximate location, and your browser and device type. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and we do not run advertising tools. Like any website, our host (Netlify) and the providers that serve parts of our pages receive technical data such as your IP address and browser type when your browser loads them. Our page styling and fonts are served from our own site. When you enter a service address on the booking page, we send that address to the Google Maps Geocoding service to check whether it is within our service area.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to requests, schedule and perform service visits, take payment, send appointment confirmations and reminders, keep records of the agreements you accept, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, and improve the site.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments), our website host, Google (website analytics), our email and scheduling providers, and our phone and text provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Text messages

If you give us your phone number to book a visit, we may text you about that visit, such as confirmations, scheduling, reminders, and arrival updates. We send marketing texts only if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Email

If you opt in to marketing email, every message will include an unsubscribe link. Service emails about a visit you booked are not marketing and may still be sent.

6. Your California privacy rights

California residents may ask us to tell them what personal information we hold about them, correct it, or delete it, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep for tax or legal reasons. To make a request, email privacy@grtwrx.com or call (747) 217-3199. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

7. Do Not Track and cookies

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier to tell visitors apart and measure how the site is used. We do not use these cookies for advertising, and we keep analytics data for 14 months. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

If the site owner marks their own browser as internal, we save a functional cookie named gwt_internal and a matching local-storage entry so those visits are excluded from our analytics. It is not used for tracking, and other visitors never receive it.

8. How long we keep information

We keep service, agreement, and payment records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. We keep contact form messages until the inquiry is resolved and for a reasonable time after.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (TLS) and limit access to the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
