About Us

Great Works Technology is a solo-operated, veteran-owned business, not a franchise or a national chain. It was founded in 2025 by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with 15+ years of professional experience in technical support and IT operations, including a background in cybersecurity.

We are based in Santa Clarita and come to you across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, the Santa Clarita Valley, and the Antelope Valley. Every job starts with a diagnostic visit. We tell you what we find and quote the work on-site before any billable work begins, so there are no surprises.

Do you work with homeowners, businesses, or both?

Both. Computer repair and remote programming are priced separately for residential and business customers, and business clients can also request networking, POS, and camera work.

What areas do you serve?

Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, the Santa Clarita Valley, and the Antelope Valley. Our standard service range is 30 miles from our base in Santa Clarita. Addresses 30 to 50 miles away have a $40 travel fee, and jobs beyond 50 miles are by request only.

How much does computer repair cost?

Residential visits start at a $65 diagnostic fee (normally $75), plus $75 per hour of labor. Business visits start at a $150 diagnostic fee plus $150 per hour of labor, reflecting the added urgency of business downtime.

Do you come to my home or business?

Yes, all computer repair and remote programming work is done on-site.

How does remote or smart home programming pricing work?

For homes, basic setups start at a flat $95 and multi-room or advanced setups start at $175. For businesses, basic setups start at $190 and multi-room setups at $350. Every job is quoted before the visit so there are no surprises.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard visits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, and same-day visits are refundable until we arrive. Full details are on the Terms of Service page.

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, by request and subject to availability. The same-day visit fee is $150 for residential and $300 for business, and the hourly rate is $125/hr residential and $250/hr business. See pricing for details.
