Tech Services Pricing
Rates for on-site work at homes and businesses across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, the Santa Clarita Valley, and the Antelope Valley. Every job starts with a show-up / diagnostic visit, and final quotes are given on-site before any billable work begins. Our standard service range is 30 miles from our base in Santa Clarita; a $40 travel fee applies from 30 to 50 miles, and jobs beyond 50 miles are by request only.

Data backup starts at $150 for up to 100GB and $200 for up to 200GB, plus $25 for each additional 50GB. It copies your files from a readable drive to a drive you provide and checks the copy; your original is left untouched. It is priced by the data actually copied, measured at the start of the visit, and your visit fee is credited toward the price. Time past 3 hours on site is $75 per hour. Storage is not included; a drive can be quoted separately. Data recovery from failing or damaged drives is not provided.

Travel, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Travel: our standard service range is 30 miles from our Santa Clarita base. Addresses 30 to 50 miles away add a $40 travel fee. Addresses over 50 miles require approval before booking.
- The visit fee covers arrival and up to 30 minutes of diagnosis. If more diagnosis time is needed, we'll check with you before continuing. Before any repair begins, we'll give you a quote: known repairs at a flat price, other work at the hourly rate with a one-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments, plus parts. For flat-rate services, the visit fee is credited toward the flat price.
- Standard visits: full refund of the visit fee and travel fee if cancelled 24 or more hours before the confirmed appointment.
- Same-day visits: refundable until we arrive.
