Need someone out today? Same-day and emergency visits are available by request and subject to availability: $150 show-up and $125/hr for residential, $300 show-up and $250/hr for business.
How a visit works
- Request a visit. Book online or call or text (747) 217-3199. We confirm the exact time with you after you book.
- Diagnostic visit. We come to you, look at the problem, and tell you what we find.
- Quote before billable work. You hear the plan and the cost on-site before any labor or parts are billed.
- Visit fee. The visit fee covers arrival and up to 30 minutes of diagnosis. If more diagnosis time is needed, we'll check with you before continuing. Before any repair begins, we'll give you a quote: known repairs at a flat price, other work at the hourly rate with a one-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments, plus parts. For flat-rate services, the visit fee is credited toward the flat price. Parts are quoted before purchase and billed at cost plus a standard markup.
Service area
We work on-site across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, the Santa Clarita Valley, and the Antelope Valley. Our standard service range is 30 miles from our base in Santa Clarita. Addresses 30 to 50 miles away add a $40 travel fee, and jobs beyond 50 miles are by request only.

Common Questions
How much does computer repair cost?
Residential visits start with a $65 diagnostic fee (normally $75), then $75 per hour of labor. Business visits start with a $150 diagnostic fee, then $150 per hour. Parts are quoted before purchase and billed at cost plus a standard markup. Full rates are on the pricing page.
Do you come to my home or business?
Yes. All of our computer repair is done on-site, in Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, the Santa Clarita Valley, and the Antelope Valley.
Do you offer same-day computer repair?
Yes, by request and subject to availability. Same-day visits are $150 show-up and $125/hr for residential, and $300 show-up and $250/hr for business.
What if I decide not to go ahead after the diagnosis?
That is your call. The diagnostic visit fee covers our arrival and diagnosis and is not refunded once the technician has arrived. You only pay for further labor and parts if you approve the quote. See the Terms of Service for cancellation and refund details.
