Need someone out today? Same-day and emergency visits are available by request and subject to availability: $150 show-up and $125/hr for residential, $300 show-up and $250/hr for business.
How a visit works
- Request a visit. Book online or call or text (747) 217-3199. We confirm the exact time with you after you book.
- Diagnostic visit. We come to you, look at the problem, and tell you what we find.
- Quote before billable work. You hear the plan and the cost on-site before any labor or parts are billed.
- Visit fee. The visit fee covers arrival and up to 30 minutes of diagnosis. If more diagnosis time is needed, we'll check with you before continuing. Before any repair begins, we'll give you a quote: known repairs at a flat price, other work at the hourly rate with a one-hour minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments, plus parts. For flat-rate services, the visit fee is credited toward the flat price. Parts are quoted before purchase and billed at cost plus a standard markup.

We work on-site across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, the Santa Clarita Valley, and the Antelope Valley. Our standard service range is 30 miles from our base in Santa Clarita. Addresses 30 to 50 miles away add a $40 travel fee, and jobs beyond 50 miles are by request only.

How much does Wi-Fi or network setup cost?
Residential visits start with a $65 diagnostic fee (normally $75), then $75 per hour of labor. Business networking starts with a $150 diagnostic fee, then $150 per hour. Equipment is quoted before purchase and billed at cost plus a standard markup. Full rates are on the pricing page.
Do you run Ethernet cable or wiring through walls?
No. Cabling and wiring are not included in our networking service.
Do you work on business networks?
Yes. Business networking covers setup, adding devices, and troubleshooting at $150 per hour after the diagnostic visit.
